Do You Offer Coaching At Your Clubs? Do You Offer Coaching At Your Clubs?

Yes! Our coaches offer private and group sessions for our Padel communities. Please keep an eye out on the Academy tab of the Playtomic app to stay up to date, or contact us via email or phone for more details!

Do I Need A Membership? Do I Need A Membership?

No. Players do not need to sign up to our membership package to play at our clubs.

However, if you want to join our membership and loyalty scheme (earn rewards for playing!), check out the membership tab on our Playtomic club page.

Can I Hire Rackets & Balls? Can I Hire Rackets & Balls?

Yes! We have automated racket and ball lockers next to our courts! The Steps to rent / buy rackets or balls are as follows:

1) Scan the QR code beside the lockers

2) Setup an account with Rate My Restring (RMR)and pay for what you want (number of rackets and tubes of balls)

3) You will receive an email with code(s) to unlock your lockers and balls.

4) Padel balls you purchase, the rackets you hire.

5) You must upload evidence in photographic form through the RMR website to successfully reclaim you deposit, which is held on your account until this procedure is completed

Unfortunately, the British weather will sometimes interrupt play on our uncovered courts, and your safety is our biggest priority. For games interrupted by heavy rain, we can offer a free reschedule or a refund in the form of credits to contribute to another booking.

We will keep players updated on weather patterns through our social media channels to help inform decisions.

There are a number of ways you can use our services to find players:

- We run regular social mix ins at our clubs to help players get on court and playing recreationally

- Playtomic's open match function allows you to find players available at the same date and time as you

- Join our club WhatsApp Communities to help arrange fixtures with people in your area!
